By using the Korea Car Export website or contacting us to request a vehicle or quote, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We provide brokerage, export coordination, and advisory services — we are not an official agent of Encar unless expressly stated.

We help international buyers (especially in Gulf countries) select used or semi-new vehicles from the Korean market, review inspection reports and photos, estimate landed cost (vehicle price, commission, fees, shipping to port), and coordinate purchase and shipping.

Information on the site (prices, images, specifications) is indicative and may change. A binding offer is confirmed in writing after vehicle availability is verified.

You must be 18 or older and legally able to contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (identity, address, phone, destination port).

Displayed prices are estimates and typically include the vehicle price in Korea, Korea Car Export commission, fixed fees, and ocean freight to the selected port — unless stated otherwise.

Customs, taxes, local port charges, registration, and insurance in your country are excluded unless explicitly included in a written quote.

We do not request full payment before confirming availability and inspection per the payment schedule on your invoice. Payment methods and currency are agreed per transaction.

We rely on Encar data, inspection reports, and available photos. We do not guarantee the vehicle is free of undisclosed defects. Buyers may request additional inspection before final payment as agreed.

If the vehicle is sold in Korea before your purchase completes, we will offer suitable alternatives or refund deposits per written agreement.

You are responsible for complying with your country's laws (vehicle age, emissions, approvals). We provide general guidance; final customs decisions belong to local authorities.

Shipping times are estimates (often 16–26 days at sea after preparation) and may vary due to weather, schedules, or official procedures.

You must not:

• Use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to hack systems or harvest other users' data.
• Republish site content without written permission.
• Provide false identity or order information.

Korea Car Export branding, design, and our proprietary text are protected. Vehicle images and manufacturer marks belong to their owners. Personal use of information is permitted; commercial reuse requires consent.

The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits from site use.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific transaction shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for that transaction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury where exclusion is not permitted.

The site may link to Encar, WhatsApp, or social networks. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the site at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea unless mandatory consumer protection in your country provides otherwise.

We seek amicable resolution first. Failing that, courts in Seoul have jurisdiction unless the parties agree in writing to an alternative dispute method.

We may update these Terms. The current version is published at /terms with the update date. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance.
